At HairVibeUk, we take pride in providing premium-quality hair bundles. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any hair bundles, wigs, closures, frontals, or other hair products once an order has been placed and shipped.
Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase, including the product type, length, texture, color, and quantity.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include:
● Your order number
● Clear photos of the item(s) received
● A description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
