Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.<br>We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any hair bundles, wigs, closures, frontals, or other hair products once an order has been placed and shipped.<br>Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase, including the product type, length, texture, color, and quantity.<br>Damaged or Incorrect Orders<br>If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
